Overview:
A leading modular construction firm based near Carlisle is seeking experienced Installers to support the final assembly and on-site setup of prefabricated structures. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, travel, and working with a team to bring modular builds to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install modular units on-site, including leveling, anchoring, and joining sections.
- Install finishes, trims, doors, windows, and fixtures per project specifications.
- Ensure all work meets quality and code standards for safety, durability, and alignment.
- Collaborate with on-site project leads, crane operators, and subcontractors.
- Travel to job sites within Pennsylvania and surrounding states as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction, carpentry, or modular installation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and installation guides.
- Comfortable with tools, lifting, and working outdoors in variable conditions.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to shop or job sites.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-conscious.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional overnights during regional installs
- Competitive hourly wage + per diem for travel jobs
