What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of construction activity from pre-construction through completion
- Lead on-site crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure work meets both schedule and quality standards
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and attention to detail
- Coordinate closely with project managers, vendors, and homeowners to maintain seamless communication
- Anticipate issues before they arise and keep every job site running smoothly
